Ladies Love Lace Ltd understand the intricacy of choosing the correct lace wig, for this reason we offer a fair refund and exchange policy.
READY TO WEAR WIGS
We are happy to exchange a stock wig within three days for a credit note to be used at Ladies Love Lace Ltd if:
You have not ordered your stock wig to be customised in anyway such as the addition of highlights, dark roots, extra density, cut and styled, the addition of curls, waves, clips, adjustable straps or bleached knots, if you have not worn, washed, conditioned, altered (including wetting the hair on the wig or chemically such as perming, relaxing, dyeing), cut or changed the wig in anyway.
No adhesive, tapes, sprays or removers have been used on the wig.
The wig is presented in its original packaging with the original receipt.
If you return the wig to us by post it must be mailed using a tracking service such as recorded/special delivery or a courier service such as Fedex. The cost of postage to and from Ladies Love Lace must also be incurred by you the client.
If you wish to exchange the wig for another that we don’t have in stock and we have to order from our suppliers, the costs of processing the order shall also be bourne by you the client, this cost is at our discretion, this does not affect your statutory rights.
CUSTOM MADE WIGS
All custom made lace wigs, wig Products and accessories such as adhesives and tapes, shampoos, are non – refundable.
At no time will we offer a cash refund, we only offer credit notes redeemable against items in our store.
In exceptional circumstances where we do offer a refund, we will do so minus the costs we have incurred processing the order. This cost is at our discretion and does not affect your statutory rights.
