1.1 ‘you’ refers to you, the business or individual buying goods off us.
1.2 ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to us Ladies Love Lace Limited.
1.3 ‘goods’ or ‘work’ refer to goods and services ordered by you and provided by us.
2.1 The prices of goods provided by us are governed by our standard price list current at the time of ordering.
3.1 Full payment for good must be made in full before the goods can be received. Under no circumstances do we offer credit.
3.2 If you pay by cheque or via Paypal, the goods will be delivered to you upon the clearing of funds.
4.1 Goods ordered on line will reach you within 48 hours by registered post.
4.2 If we cannot make the delivery time because of either force majeur (e.g civil disturbances or national strikes) or acts of God or due to unforeseen personal circumstances such as illness, we will contact you to inform you of an alternative delivery schedule.
4.3 Made to Measure wigs can take between 4 – 8 weeks to be received. There are sometimes delays experienced because of public holidays which we apologise for. Delays can also be as a result of bank holidays, public holidays, national holidays and other circumstances which are out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for these delays nor are we responsible for late deliveries.
4.4 On some occasions we may receive your customised lace wig and it may need further adjustments. If this is the case we will inform you but you will have to wait longer to receive your wig. In this case we will not offer any discounts.
4.5 We cannot guarantee an exact date that your made to measure wig will be ready. All the wigs are made by hand, however we aim that you receive your wig any period of 4 – 8 weeks.
5.1 The title in goods will pass from us to you once you have received and inspected the goods.
6.1 You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours of receipt of the order. Cancellation confirmation must be done in writing.
7.1 We have the right to vary these terms from time to time, providing reasonable notice is given.
8.1 Once the lace has been cut we cannot exchange or refund the wig, there can be no exceptions to this so please ensure the wig is to your specifications before cutting the lace.
8.2 Custom made wigs can only be exchanged/adjusted under the following circumstance:
8.3 The wig is completely different to what you ordered, i.e. hair texture, colour etc and the lace has not been cut or attached to your head.
8.4 If you wear the wig and then decide you do not like it we will not offer any refunds, exchanges or discounts. If you buy a stock wig from us you may return it within 48 hours in its original packaging and state and you will also pay for the shipping.
8.5 Once you accept the wig it is your responsibility to maintain the wig and the hair on it properly as per our lace wig care manual. We will not under any circumstances offer any refunds, exchanges or discounts based on your opinion and experience of the hair quality.
9.1 If you have a wig fitted please remember that the adhesive is not permanent and so your wig will eventually lift and you will have to remove, clean and reapply the wig.
9.2 We cannot guarantee the length of time the wig will remain on your head with adhesives, this is because everyone‘s skin type is different, it also depends on how you manage the hair.
9.3 The hair on the wig will eventually shed please be aware of this. You are advised to use TDI knot sealer to reduce shedding and we recommend that you refill the hair on your lace wig once every three months.
9.4 Under no circumstances do the wigs come with guarantees, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
9.5 Remember a stock wig has not been customised for you and so the lace colour may not be an exact match, the wig may not fit you correctly and may be too big or too small. If you try a stock wig on, agree that you want it and let us adhere it to you we are in no way responsible for any complaints you may have at a later time regarding the colour of the lace or the fit of the wig, how it looks on you or your opinion of the hair quality.
10.1 Excessive brushing and pulling will eventually cause your wig to shed hair, be gentle with your wig and avoid using
pins, clips or pulling on the lace as this will tear it. If your lace rips we can send it off to be repaired but we will charge you a fee for this.
10.2 If you do not regularly wash and condition your wig it will dry out. If you do not brush it gently daily it will tangle, if your wig tangles or dries out we offer a detangling and oil treatment service for which you will have to pay a fee, but if you follow our care guides you will not have any problems.
10.3 If we adhere the wig to your head using adhesives, we will not in any way be held liable for any after effects the adhesive may have on your body.
10.4 With over 30 different adhesive brands (tapes & liquids) it is impossible for us to to know which one is right for your skin. While No Tape may give a 1 day hold on one person, it may give a 7 day hold on another. For this reason, we no longer recommend any specific brand or type of adhesive for you to use.
Please be advised that it is your responsibility through trial and error to find the right adhesive for your skin. We are not liable for allergic skin reactions, improper application methods such as use of oil based products in combination with adhesives, lack of tackiness of any liquid adhesives or tapes, and the like. We can not control how much you perspire, how much oil exudes from your pores, etc. You MUST experiment with different brands until YOU find what works for you. Do your research on lace wigs prior to purchasing your lace wig so you can be well informed on adhesives and what to expect when committing to wearing lace wigs or any hair replacement systems of any type.
10.5 The information we give you on wig maintenance and products has been prepared for your general informational purposes and education only. You should check the information with your health care provider. It is not intended to replace the medical advice of a physician. You agree that Ladies Love Lace will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages rising from there.
